Yes. The whole index is free to read and cite. The products on this page are built on top of it, and none of them gate access to the data itself.

### What is the dataset and API?

The whole index as clean JSON and CSV, plus a read API and a command-line tool. It lets you put sourced, graded data behind your own agents, dashboards or research instead of scraping the site. It is at early-access stage.

### How do I get access?
