Agent Fieldbook uses cookies. Analytics and marketing tools run on this site to measure how it is used and to improve it. This page sets out what runs, what it collects, and how to turn it off. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies and analytics

Tags are managed through Google Tag Manager. Through it the site runs Google Analytics 4 for aggregate traffic measurement (cookies beginning _ga), Microsoft Clarity for anonymised session and interaction analytics such as heatmaps (cookies _clck and _clsk), and HubSpot, which sets a visitor cookie (hubspotutk) used to associate a form submission with the visits that preceded it. These cookies identify a browser, not a person by name.

Hosting & security

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request metadata such as IP address, browser type and timestamp in order to deliver pages and mitigate abuse.

Ask the Fieldbook (chat)

When you ask a question, your query is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate an answer grounded in the corpus. Queries are rate-limited per IP to prevent abuse. Do not put personal or confidential information into the chat.

Forms

The waitlist form submits directly to HubSpot, where the details you enter are stored as a contact record so we can reply. Only the fields you complete are submitted, and email is the only required one.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, which will stop the analytics above from recognising a return visit. Google offers an opt-out add-on for Analytics, and Clarity can be blocked with any standard tracker blocker. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, contact us through the link in the footer.
