Yes. The whole index is free to read and cite. The products on this page are built on top of it, and none of them gate access to the data itself.
What is the dataset and API?
The whole index as clean JSON and CSV, plus a read API and a command-line tool. It lets you put sourced, graded data behind your own agents, dashboards or research instead of scraping the site. It is at early-access stage.
How do I get access?
Everything here is pre-launch. Tapping a card adds you to the early list for that item, and some, such as custom reports, are on request. Which ones people ask for first shapes the build order.
